Sustainable & Functional Environments
At Olive Street we have secured agency planning department entitlements and building permits (via construction documents) for hundreds of commercial, retail and residential projects throughout the Western United States. Our repeat clients include developers, engineers, architects, planners, retail franchisees, property managers, municipal agencies, HOA boards, and homeowners. We provide a sustainable, functional and cost effective design approach to every project. We have the expertise and experience to provide site water and landscape management solutions for commercial property caretakers that seek to be rewarded in a reduction of long term maintenance, water and resource use. Our commitment to satisfy our clients and provide sustainable environments is the corner stone to our business approach.
